About the Event

Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation that allows you to release tension, anxiety and opens you up to deep peace.

A 2020 scientific study shows that regular practice of short Yoga Nidra has a positive effect on sleep, stress, and overall well-being. Another recent study showed that amongst a group of 60 college professors, Yoga Nidra helped reduce symptoms of cognitive and physiological anxiety

Yoga Nidra, known as Yogic Sleep, is a conscious sleep where we are encouraged to rest our muscles deeply and profoundly, step by step, letting go of all tension, while allowing the mind to stay alert yet relaxed. 

In this session we'll be taken through a restful journey that includes yoga techniques like pranayama, mindfulness, a powerful truthful statement, as well as sacred mantras with music. This restorative practice brings inner peace and is the ultimate way to experience rest on a cellular level.
