Join us for a weekly Mantra Meditation and let your worries melt away. Mantras are ancient healing sounds that take our minds away from the stresses of modern day life, and give our minds and hearts real rest.

We will practice 2 techniques that you can do on your own at home to carry you through your days and one group technique called Kirtan.
